At Trinity Spices, we are committed to providing premium-quality spices, dry fruits, saffron, and rose petals. While we ensure that every order is packed with care, we understand that issues may arise. This policy explains how returns and cancellations are handled.
1. Returns Policy
Since our products are perishable, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo/video proof.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
Products returned without original packaging.
Change of mind after purchase.
2. Refund & Replacement
Once your return is approved, you may choose between a full refund (processed within 7–10 working days) or a replacement product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side).
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days.
