At Trinity Spices, we take pride in offering premium-quality spices, dry fruits, saffron, and rose petals. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product.

The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

Products returned without original packaging.

Change of mind after purchase.
3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

In case of replacement, a new product will be shipped at no extra cost.

Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side).
4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
